Holecutting System Without Drill Motor

When drilling holes in stainless steel, nothing works like the Evergreen Holecutting System. The system uses a standard 1/2″ drill motor with the patented speed reducer and patented annu­lar cutters. The mechanical coaxial speed reduc­er is a planetary gear set that provides a 4:1 gear reduction for the cutter. This slows cutters to the right speed for stainless steel. The torque that usually damages the drill motor is absorbed by the speed reducer. The patented three tooth cutters causes less friction to allow quicker pene­tration into the stainless steel. Holecutters are available from 5/8″ through 3 1/2″.

Included: arbor, arbor extension 4”, stem adapter 1/2”, cutting lubricant stick, speed reducer, two pilot drills, loosening washers, hex-key wrench, two open end wrenches, clamp and handle, manual and cases.

Cutters: 3/4”, 7/8”, 1 1/8”, 1 3/8”, 1 5/8”. Other cutter sizes are available (see hole cutter list) and systems may be customized to meet your individual needs.
